Review of the housing revenue account
(30/10/08) UNISON warmly welcomes the announcement of the review of the housing revenue account and the government’s commitment “to ensure that we have a sustainable, long term system for financing council housing”.
This submission sets out 10 principles that UNISON argues should inform the outcome of the review.
